Service and Sponsoring Organization Renewal Period Open April 1st – April 30th

Service Directors (or other authorized service staff) for All Ambulance Services must submit a Service Permit Renewal Application and Ambulance License Renewal application between April 1st and April 30th. The Program Manager for Sponsoring Organizations must submit a Sponsoring Organization Renewal application between April 1st and April 30th.

We have quite a few links to sites hosted by the federal government on our website. Due to current changes underway in the federal government, most, if not all of those sites may currently be down or display a message regarding their redesign. We expect that access to all or most of these sites to return in the future, although in some cases it may become a permanent loss of access. However, we will Delay removal or modification of those links while awaiting final decisions on their status.

2024 Provider Renewal period is now Open!

If your EMS provider certification expires on 12/31/2024, you will need to renew this year. The renewal application is available in the portal as of August 1st!
