K.A.R. 109-1-1. Definitions.
DESCRIPTION
This regulation was amended to support new language in other all other EMS regulations and statutes and is consistent with the changes as a result of the scope of practice. Since this regulation clarifies current language, the regulation is not anticipated to have any economic impact.
It has been updated to incorporate the definitions currently in K.A.R. 109-1-1a, definitions necessary to support the Educator Proposal and definitions of terms repetitively used throughout regulations to reduce the inclusion of long definitions is each regulation and ensure that a change in definition only need be made in one regulation.
