- Sponsoring Organization RENEWAL Application. All Sponsoring Organizations must renew their status annually, on or before April 30th. NOTE: This application is only available during the renewal period, beginning April 1st.
- Sponsoring Organization UPDATE Application. If there are changes to Program Manager, course offerings, or documentation a Sponsoring Organization Updated application must be submitted. NOTE: The UPDATE does not serve as a RENEWAL application. The Update application will not be available during the Renewal Period. If you need to make updates after a Renewal Application has been Issued, staff can make one available to the Program Manager. It will be accessible through Applications-Continue
