Ambulance Service Renewal opened February 1

Your Ambulance Service Renewal and Ground and/or Air Ambulance License Renewal applications will be available in your public portal account under your “Service Applications” on February 1.

Before you open the vehicle renewal form please review your vehicle list in the license management portal. If there are any errors in the list please advise James Reed at The corrections will be made and you will be advised when it is ok to open the application. This is to insure that the application is correct.

Remember to complete all areas of each application and upload all required documents. Do not submit applications until all additional required forms are completed, signed and uploaded to the application. Ambulance mechanical inspection forms in the ground ambulance license renewal must be printed and completed in full by your mechanic, and signed by both the mechanic and the service director.. Make copies of this form to ensure your mechanic can complete one form for each of your units. Now might be a good time to schedule an appointment with your mechanic to ensure timely submission of your renewal.

All completed forms must be scanned and uploaded to your application in the appropriate area. Once this has been completed, submit your applications.

**Reminder** If you would like to see what requirements are on the forms, you may look at last years submission in your documents in the public portal.

Once service renewal and ambulance renewals are completed, pay the total amount for both in the portal in one payment. If you are going to issue a check for the total amount, please let James Reed know and advise him when payment is remitted, please indicate in a short letter what the payment is for so staff may apply to your applications.
